Banff to Jasper Highway

On our way to Jasper, we were stopped by these amazing animals. The kids loved it. These goats are extremely agile and climbed up the side of the mountain that would be impossible for a human to climb. The rocks are quite unstable. Shawn videotaped them for quite a while. Kristen and Ty got really close to a baby that was stranded on the wrong side of the road and the male of the group made a weird sound that made everyone a little jumpy. The picture of me and Amy shows where we came from and hopefully shows you the ledge we were stopped on. As we turned this corner on the highway in which you feel you could easily fall off we came across alot of vehicles that stopped for these goats. They stopped everywhere on the road. It could be quite dangerous. Even this women that had stopped to take pictures was putting her body on the road and yelling for people to stop or slow down....(quite crazy as there were some vehicles that drove quite fast here).
