Red River Ex

We managed to make it to the Red River Ex again. The kids had a blast. They all got wrist bands to ride all day and night. Check you bank account before heading to one of these events. I think by the time the night was all said and done...a cool...$250 later..Ouch!! We managed to take in the tiger show, the butterfly tent with thousands of butterflys, the venomous creatures show, the dog show and of course the amusement area. It took Ty a little to warm up to getting on the rides, but once he started we had a hard time getting him away. We ended up closing the place down. The butterfly exhibit was really neat. Ty freaked out like crazy. As soon as the butterflies landed on him, he wanted out. There was little control over where they landed. We did however, have a blast.
